On the 3rd and 4th July 2017, Oxford Archaeology East (OA East) undertook a programme of archaeological monitoring on groundworks at the Wymondham Water Recycling Centre (WRC), Norfolk (TG 09603 02913). One Roman ditch, one undated ditch and two modern service trenches were identified. An isolated assemblage of early Roman domestic pottery was found, along with residual struck flint.
